- FREE delivery within inner city districts of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi,

- Shipping costs do not include loading and unloading fees to high floors.

- For neighboring provinces: Reasonable fees are calculated based on the shipping distance

WARRANTY

• Furniture products at Grand House are manufactured at the company's factory with a team of excellent staff and workers and modern facilities. Grand House has carefully checked from the source of raw materials to the final finished product.
• Grand House offers a two-year warranty for cases of technical errors during the production or installation process.
• You should not repair it yourself but immediately notify Grand House via Hotline: 0923 986 986
• After the warranty period expires, if you have any requests or questions, please contact Grand House for instructions and to resolve any problems encountered.

HOWEVER, GRAND HOUSE DOES NOT WARRANT THE FOLLOWING CASES:

• Customers arbitrarily repair the product when it malfunctions without notifying Grand House
• The product is used in a manner that is not in accordance with the warranty book (given to you when you purchase the product) causing scratches, dents, dirt or discoloration.
• The product is deformed due to abnormal external environment (too humid, too dry, termites or due to the impact of electrical and water equipment, chemicals or solvents that the customer uses that are not suitable).
• The product is out of warranty.
• The product does not have a Grand House warranty card
